By accessing a photo gallery provided by Fae Ball Events LLC, you agree to use the images only for personal and non-commercial purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Copyright and Ownership
All images remain the intellectual property of Fae Ball Events LLC. Clients are granted a limited license to download, share, and print their photos for personal use. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

3. Access and Availability
Photo galleries are hosted through Pixieset. While we take care to ensure reliable access, Fae Ball Events LLC is not responsible for interruptions, data loss, or technical issues beyond our control.

4. Privacy
Email addresses collected to access galleries are used only to verify access and communicate about your event. We do not use this information for marketing or share it with third parties. For details on data handling, see our Privacy Notice.
